41) The Beach

42) Toe Socks

I probably have about 10 pairs of toe socks at the moment!  They are so cute! :)

43) Changing My Hair

I think this was taken about 4 years ago?  During my adult life, I've had... short hair, long hair, straight across bangs, side bangs, no bangs, dark purple hair, chunky highlights, red hair, dozens of shades of brunette, dark brown hair underneath light blonde hair...etc.  I feel like I'm pretty adventurous with it.  ...Just not lately.  lol  I've invested my time into make up!

44) Vanilla

I love everything vanilla.  In my coffee, candles, in perfume, in cookies, etc.  I don't think vanilla is plain! :D

45) Cat Eye Liner

No, Angelina Jolie is not one of my favorite things.  But cat eye liner is!  Particularly the way it's done here!  Oh, if only I wasn't so heavy handed!

I want to be a news anchor, so I spend a great deal of time watching the news!

32) MAC Cosmetics

Other than mascara (and foundation - because it breaks me out), I haven't found very much at MAC I didn't like!

33) Smokey Eyes

I don't think this needs an explanation!  :)  Love the way it looks!

34) Nude Lips

This is a swatch of MAC Myth lipstick.  When I say "nude lip" I mean lips blanked out to skin color.  Not natural lips with nothing on them.  For some reason I love the look.  Especially with smokey eyes!

35) Taking Pictures

Haha, this is ridiculous!  My sister, brother-in-law and I messing with my web cam a few years ago.

21) MAC l/s in Angel

It's described on maccosmetics.com as a soft pink with a frost finish.  Love it!

22) Sushi

I absolutely love sushi and probably eat it at least twice a month.  I looove raw tuna and raw scallops!  I even took this picture when I went out not long ago!  I ate THIS roll!  lol

24) Carrots

I love veggies!  Instead of snacking on chips or ice cream when I watch TV, I usually snack on carrots.  :P

  25) Big Lashes

I don't wear lashes daily, but I have pretty naturally large eyelashes.  I especially love these Ardell Runway Lashes in Gisele!  They're big, but fairly wearable!

 26) Going on dates :)

My boyfriend and I have birthdays within 2 weeks of each other in July.  Instead of gifts, we went on a really nice date - to Simply Fondue.  Such a fun time!

27) Reality TV

 Some shows I watch: Project Runway, American Idol, America's Next Top Model, Kendra, Keeping Up with the Kardashians... etc.

 28) Boots

 I love ALL kinds of winter boots.  Particularly these Viking Boots, which I don't own yet.  I have a ton of high heel boots and even though I'm fairly tall (5'8") I don't mind wearing the heels in the winter!

1. I did gymnastics in high school for 2 years.
2. My boyfriend lives 6 hours away from me and we've been seeing each other once a month for almost 2 years. :(  Commitment! Haha!
3. I'm a Canadian living in Texas!  :)
4. I watch FoxNews all the time!  I'm majoring in broadcast journalism and I hope to become a news anchor one day!
5. My room is decked out in brown/tan zebra print.  :)
6. I have two older sisters and they are my best friends!  ...I also have a younger brother! :P
7. I'm a semi neat-freak and like to have my room cleaned before I go to bed at night.

1. Why did you create this blog?

I loved to read other blogs.  I took pictures of my make up and fun stuff anyway so I figured I might as well share it with who ever wants to see!  :)

2. What kind of blogs do you follow?

I follow other beauty related blogs.  Especially ones with a lot of pictures!  :)

3. Favorite Make-Up Brand

I would say... Smashbox, MAC, CoverGirl and Make Up For Ever.

4. Favorite Clothing Brand

I'm not hugely into clothing.  I mostly just shop at Kohl's.  lol  :)

5. Indispensable Make-Up Product
I would say mascara if I had to choose.

6. Favorite Colour

Pink!

7. Favorite Perfume

Fancy Love - Jessica Simpson and Bombshell - Victoria's Secret.  Yum!

8. Favorite Film

I don't think I have a FAVORITE.  I like Mandy Moore and Jennifer Lopez movies... lol

9. What country would you like to visit and why?

I'd like to visit Spain.  I've taken a lot of Spanish classes and I'd like to see if I could throw down the espanol in Espana!  :P

10. Would you rather forget to put mascara on one eye or forget blush on one side of your face?I would rather forget blush on one side of my face.  lol  My eyes look completely different with and without mascara.

This isn't so much a list of the BEST products I used during 2010, but the things I turned to most during the year.  That's got to count for something doesn't it?  :)


Skincare:
Philosophy, hands down. I was new to this brand and have completely fallen in love!  I specifically love the Purity face wash.  I plan to review some of the products I've tried! 

Moisturizer:

As it has been for the last several years, Oil of Olay Active Hyrdating Beauty Fluid.  This is pretty much the ONLY moisturizer I can use that does not make me break out.  I've been using it for probably... 10 years? 



Foundation:
What I turn to most is probably CoverGirl TruBlend.  The bottle has a pump, it's easy/quick to apply, and it gives me good coverage.  Nice!

Blushes:

My Smashbox Blush/Soft Lights Duo in Super/Model.  I absolutely LOVE this product.  If you ever read my FOTDs or other Look posts, you know that!  lol



Eyes:
Primer - Urban Decay Primer Potion.  I've been trying a lot, but I always go back to that one.
Shadow Color - Probably used Bobbie Brown e/s in Wheat most often during the year.  I think I got the palette for my birthday (in July) and the pan already has a good dent in it!  It's easy to wear and nice for a quick look!
Eye Liner - MUFE Aqua Eyes in 0L and MAC Smoulder.  Love those liners!
Mascara - Maybelline Colossal.  It makes my lashes look so nice!


Lips:

Brushes:
Sigma E55.  Never had a brush like that before this year and I don't know how I did make up without it.
